Yeah I've had that in the back of my mind for a little while.
I'll try to implement it soon. :D
I just recently tried iQbit again after about a year and this made me go back to vueTorrent. Would love to have the torrents be the main focus on both mobile and desktop!
Yeah that's fair.
The initial reason for me to create this was to avoid having my family asking me do download stuff and have them just go and download it themselves. So I prioritized the search tab for example.
But yeah, I'll add some more configuraribility to the tab system.
Ah, that's an interesting usecase! I have Organizr and Ombi for TV and movies for a similar scenario. I look forward to any customization on the topic. Thanks!
Just added this. You can change/remove the two inner tabs. Downloads and Settings remain there and on both extreme sides :D
I guess I misunderstood what this request was for when I commented originally. The mobile experience has always been great for me, what i don't like is the downloads being less than a third of the screen when on desktop. I open the webUI to look at the status of torrents and manage them, I would want that be the focus. The frame on the right is a huge waste of space in my opinion. I don't understand it.
But awesome of you to add more customization for folks!
You're right, the desktop experience was definitely an after thought initially. So I kinda just made the mobile experience "work" on desktop because my focus was getting the mobile experience working well.
With that being said, I did get started on working on a little more refined desktop experience. This is what it's looking like so far
That looks much better for my usecase! Is it available yet? I just updated it and applied it to see where the project is now but I'm not able to find any way to expand the torrent aspect of the webUI.
I was looking for a good way to control qbit from my phone and this client is great! I have no interest in the discover content and search trackers features and would love to have an option in the settings to disable those features. Not a high priority issue at all, just something that will be nice to have eventually.
