Breaks the web app #3

Installed this extension on a clean machine. No other extensions or anything.

The extensions fails to install, after that I can not connect to the app in anyway, can't access logs or anything. Is this an active extension at all? No commits since 2015, only one response on one issue with nothing happened after that.
