Added new deployMultivault.ts script to deploy 3 vaults re-using the USDC and Underlying addresses
Added new package.json script with deploy-local.multivault option to deploy the multivault locally
The multivault deployment needs a local node running and with Potion Protocol deployed through deploy-local.hedging
