[WIP] Add Ace3DS+

reversing @dark-samus ace3ds_fix_all_mod from #33

not implement parts:

• write flash (just binded spi calls)
• inject ntrboothax

known issues:

• cart looks require loading original bootloader maybe we should load & execute r4 menu

• if not, process will make multiple problems

  1. B0 command will return always 0
  2. C6 command will generate stuck

so, this patch only work on the ds ntrboot flasher but returned B0 value is still unstable. maybe still remain missing parts.

this patchset not include writing feature. just have reading things. problem is, I haven't idea flash cart inititialize step on the 3ds.

I think that, since angelsl has this flashcart mostly supported, this pull request isn't really needed anymore. Closing...
