A card I received from a friend, attempted to flash NTR on here using a DSi and gets the error "Supported cartridge not detected." It is not even recognized by any 3DS systems so I cannot use GM9 for a dump. ChipID: 00000000 HW Revision: 00000000

ChipID and HW Revision are not said... Please try with ntrboot_flasher instead of (probably) ak2i_ntrboot_flasher.

Oh and seems like the "PCB" was all done by hand, which means that we have no info about the chip unless we can see "R4I GOLD PLUS" on it.
