[WIP] ak2i: Add cartridge reset before check chip id #99

I need to check with AK2i chip, maybe I can do a few days later. if this change is really useless, I'll close it myself.

checked, it not needs, but if send 9f command with SEC flags, cart will be reset on the all DS/DSi/3DS.
