[WIP] replace MySQLdb with SQLAlchemy #10

add a definition of sqlalchemy data models. The script to create a database is modified to use sqlalchemy and the models. add 'requirement.txt' to note external dependencies.

This PR is abandoned. SQLAlchemy support will be addressed at #22, including this PR codes and discussions.
