Description

Support SRv6 uSID

supported
- Polad can send request to create/update SR Policy with uSID behavior
- Polad can receive Add SR Policy requests with Nai/Sid-structure for SRv6 uSID/full-SID from gRPC interface
- Pola cli command can send Add SR Policy requests with Nai/Sid-structure for SRv6 uSID/full-SID
unsurpported
- Operation in mixed uSID and full-SID environments

SR Policy delete function

Polad can send request to PCC to delete SR Policy
Polad can receive Delete SR Policy requests from gRPC interface
Pola cli command can send Delete SR Policy requests
