Thanks for your time (and sorry for the late response), unfortunately I'm currently in the middle of revamping the library (https://github.com/ntzwrk/blockstack.ts/issues/15), so there are probably many places where @todos will appear/disappear. Though I currently don't find very much time, if you'd like to help, please let me know :)
