Delete temp phasedarray test #232

This pull request removes all the output files created by the phased array examples after testing the examples.

This has the same changes as the pull from @cg-laser in the antenna model pull. This will create conflicts at merging. But otherwise, looks good to me. Clean up is always good.

I can revert the antenna model changes or rebase after his pull request has been merged.

I'm closing this pull request. The git rebase always drives me insane.
