typo in input argument for calling parse_WIPLD_file; s_parameteres ->… #291

Found typo in antennapattern.py that prevents the ability to reprocess antenna models creating a new .pkl file. The typo was s_parameteres and has been changed to s_parameters located on lines 217 and 312.

Added bug fix to changelog.txt
