Bug fix antenna pattern #292

Fixed bug; typo in input argument s_parameters when calling parse_WIPLD_file within preprocess_WIPLD and save_preprocessed_WIPLD_old

changed s_paramateres to s_parameters in 2 locations

Also updated changelog.txt

I noticed that there are two additional files in my commit that I am not sure how they were added. I added specifically the changelog and antennapattern files when I made the commit. Let me know if I should look into reverting this. It seems that these two additional files where somehow part of the latest branch but not fully committed, though I am not sure exactly.

@ggaswint please remove the files. They are probably from another branch. Please only commit your typo fix here. Thanks. Also, please try to get this cleaned up by the end of next week. We will merge NuRadioReco with NuRadioMC and old PRs will be left behind.
