Fixing RefractivityTable class #62

To create an 2d inhomogenous array we need to specify the type to be object.

I do not know why this was not necessary earlier. My best guess is that it became an error with a higher python/numpy version.

@cg-laser I noticed that an additional commit "creeped" into this PR. This was unintentional. However, I think it adds a useful functionality. Can we keep it in here or should I delete it?
