Chapter support #25

Hi there - I just wanted to suggest that getting chapter support into fdkaac would be amazing.

My current process for dealing with chapters is:

  1. Encode WAV to m4a w/ fdkaac
  2. Import chapters with MP4Box
  3. Convert chapters to QuickTime with mp4chaps

Having everything in a single tool would be really convenient.
