request: normalize without encoding #26

Any chance of being able to use qaac to normalize an aac/mp3 input without encoding?

AACgain can do this but it's very slow compared to qaac, has some bugs and not maintained anymore.

Hi, Encoding and modifiying existing bitstream are completely different task, so it would be better implemented as a different program.

That would explain why there's only 1 program that does it. Anyways thanks for the great program.
