Update new bachelor template 2020 #40

Template TODOs:

[x] black logo on cover page,
[x] fix cover page spacing,
[x] fix declare page spacing,
[x] fix Table of Contents line spacing,
[x] fix Table of Contents indents,
[x] fix table line spacing,
[x] check openright pages,
[x] check footer (page number) font,
[x] check title/outline indents,
[x] fix footnote layout,
[x] update documents,

Change to existing bachelor thesis:

\nuaaset: should fill thesisid, change classid to actual class name,
acknowledge page: change title to add another blank space.
manual reference page: change title,
main file: reference should be placed before appendix.
main file: openany, twoside.
