Upgrade in place doesn't work for VSD 20.10.R8+

Starting in 20.10.R8, we need to upgrade the system to RHEL 7.9+. The VSD includes a script to do this.

Adding this task right before running the vsd-patch.sh script will avoid problems and upgrade the VSD properly (tested in my lab).
