Note about 'latest' RHEL 7 release #129

6.0.7 was validated using RHEL 7.7, but the latest is 7.8 and there are open bug reports like https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1819764 (which I hit too)

It may be better to suggest a specific RHEL release to use, i.e. the one we used for validation
