Automatically build binaries on tag #2

It would be good to automatically build binaries for all platforms when the code is being tagged. We can use Travis CI to automate the build and automatically upload the binaries on Github.

What do you think ?

that would be a good enhancement. I'll look into it in #3

the next release will use the travis auto deployment capabilities and will swap the S3
