I was informed by @natabal that the calendar feature has been implemented in vsd-react-ui interface. There is a requirement for it in visualization-framework for similar use cases.

@bmukheja Once the visualization-framework has been upgraded on react 16, then I will add above feature in visualization-framework because calendar feature has some dependencies of react 16.
