CLI: add licensestatus as invariant resource #22

As the VSPKs are autogenerated, this change should be opened on the Monolithe repo and more specifically https://github.com/nuagenetworks/monolithe/blob/master/monolithe/generators/lang/python/templates/cli_utils.py.tpl#L17
