Fix analysis and pipeline

This pull request implements the following enhancements:

• Update pipeline config to circleci
• This pr disregards certain analysis settings, which pose significant challenges for resolution without substantial modifications to the nuvigator package (problems not found in next package).
• Adds simple improvements to the code
