In conversation you mentioned that your planning to use credstash instead of CloudFormation input and user_data. Is that work represented in this issue, a different issue or a not yet existing issue?

@gene1wood Different issue, not yet filed. This issue was about getting the consul side of things working with ACL tokens

@gozer , what's the status of this ticket? The Risk Record was updated to review needed. Please add what has been implemented to this ticket and EIS will review it.
