Port Flask-Sqlalchemy to 3rd party #47

Flask-sqlalchemy should be used as a 3rd part package by Nublic.

We can even upload that to upstream but in the meanwhile it should be a package.

Advantages:

Uniformity with other libraries
Portability in the future
Automatic updates of bugfixes
Option to add it to eclipse built_in for autocompletion

I'll do it when I have some time.
