Update Demo App to iOS 10 and ready to update Pod to 0.5.0 #27

Updated Demo-App to work with iOS 10 (camera and microphone access)
Added property so custom ICE servers can be set.
Cleaned up old reference and pod spec
Updated Pod version to 0.5.0

After merging, please publish to CocoaPods
