Cannot switch to loudspeaker (bottom speaker) when running app on iPhone #29

If headphones are not connected, audio doesn't play through loudspeaker. It would be wonderful if there is a button to switch to loudspeaker. Or it probably make sense to keep it permanently to loudspeaker whenever headphones are not connected. Tested In: iPhone 5S, IOS v9.3.2. Kurento IOS sdk v0.6.0 and latest source on 9-Dec-2016

you have to wait until you get the remote stream, then you can switch to loudspeaker
