Handle PlayBackChanged/PlayBackStopped events

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Listen to a song
2. Check your Jabber Tune 
3. Listen to another song
4. Jabber Tune wrong/missing

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
On every Track change update the Jabber Tune accordingly.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
MyChitChat 0.9.0 Alpha
Win7 Ultimate x64
