According to the information of my players, they say that the roulette remains in that color but the next one wins, when the arrow remains as follows. In the image the player bet 30 credits on green and did not win, but in the image green is the winner

Due to the different between players' resolutions and scale. The menu sometime will not show correctly what it showed in the menu at the given time. So you may see the arrow hit black but the actual hit is red.
