what chat processor i need to use

what chat processor i need to use for "Chat Stuff" to work

in preview it shows fine, but in chat i get this glitched color

ok i used chat-processor: https://github.com/Drixevel-Archive/Chat-Processor/releases

and now it atleast works with less errors and only color that works in chat for me is rainbow (color text)

i still think i have wrong chat processor...

why is there not provided chat processor in links or atleast info that we even need chat processor plugin???
