Firstly, did you restarted the server after added the store.smx? And please check #41 and nuclearsilo's message.

This is not a store module, you need chat-processor and the store_item_cpsupport

Yes, this. Add in sourcemod/configs/database.cfg the store connect. After this restart your server and the plugin create tables.
