Notification setting do not disturb reset #113

One of the latest updates reset the android notification settings including the "Override do not disturb" setting and the custom notification sound. For the Foss Warn app.

This is not a bug, we have redesigned the notification settings and rearranged and renamed the notification channels in version 0.7.0. So we had to remove the old channels and the old settings. Sorry about that. We should do a better job of communicating changes within the application.
