Disappearing link in warning #119

Describe the bug When an alert contains a link to a website, this link is shown by the first visit of the alert but disappears after a reload.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open an alert containing a link
  2. reload the alerts
  3. Open the alert again
  4. See error

Expected behavior The link remains and is displayed all the time.

Note: The issue seems to be fixed with the new version in the branch https://github.com/nucleus-ffm/foss_warn/tree/improveCAPParsing
