[NEOS-1236] Mysql connections bugged when using connect by url #2290

This is bugged and definitely not working correctly.

I am not able to test connections or update.

Sometimes I can test, but not update.

It seems to work just fine when on the Host radio tab. URL needs more work, clearly.
