[NEOS-1576] Fill out remaining python sdk metadata #2864

There are a few more fields we should fill out here to make this a bit more professional.

Hello @nickzelei!! I noticied that in this repo threre is apyproject.toml file and there are already some metadata fields filled out, including name, authors, description, requires-python, readme, dependencies, and urls.

The other fields you are talking about that are missing are the classifiers, keywordsand additional urls like Documentationand Source?

Hey @sstephanyy ,

Yeah I would like to see classifiers, project.license, project.keywords, project.urls (Documentation, Repository, Changelog). That would round it out nicely!
