Please refer to the quotation template for fields required to be inserted to generate a quote.

Previously mentioned that only 1 quotation is provided by a haulier to a forwarder when they add a forwarder. That is an incorrect information.

Haulier can actually send many quotation to a Forwarder based on business activities such as forwarder awards a 5 months job for a particular large customer and this will be treated as a project and a better tariff rebate rate is given for this project. So "quotation name" can be inputted by Haulier for each new quotation generated such as "Kuantan Project" or "HAULAGE SERVICES TO VARIOUS DESTINATIONS" or anything they want.

As different quotes are used instead of just a single quote for the same forwarder. We will need to add a new form field in the RFT when a new RFT is being created. Forwarder needs to select which quote the new RFT belongs to.

So that means the quotation should be related to a particular customer as well, yes? @jordanraonucleus Please help me confirm that this is mandatory or not.

Technically you are correct but not necessary to connect the customer to this.

Essentially one haulier can give to one forwarder many quotations instead of one. Usually the many quotations that follow upon the initial quotation is for projects or special jobs. All jobs that are related to that particular project would have rebate rates that is different from standard rates.
