As part of the work on Subscriptions, it would be good to allow adopters to pay for TACo fees with other currencies. This can be done by integrating some 3rd party swap aggregator, or by creating this natively (e.g. using fixed Curve or Uniswap pools).
Protocol fees for service credits would remain defined in DAI.
