Fix favicon to HR png version #66

This is something that was disturbing my eye given the new refactored dashboard :)

I've added the favicon used in nucypher blog and removed the old crappy one.

Hey @derekpierre! Force pushed proper .ico. I was not able to convert png to good looking ico, that's why decided to go to png. But finally converted to a good looking one :)
