Update `nucypher/nucypher-contracts` dependency before release #568

taco-web needs to update its dependency on the latest mainnet nucypher/nucypher-contracts release and regenerate it's agents using the typechain script - https://github.com/nucypher/taco-web/blob/main/packages/shared/scripts/typechain.ts
