Add `apple-app-site-association` to web root #15

This is to support Apple's "Universal Links" (https://developer.apple.com/library/ios/documentation/General/Conceptual/AppSearch/UniversalLinks.html)

The prefix "A5R558S6UR" is our developer Team ID with Apple.

Please note that both production and beta app IDs appear, in that order. we may need to revise this after testing.

I based this on the production branch which may have been a mistake. At this stage we only want to merge to dev, but production is ahead for some reason.
