Steps to reproduce: Launch the app when the iPhone is in Airplane mode.

Expected: Should be able to see archived chats, jobs list, contacts list.

Observed: All the above are blank and show a spinning progress indicator.

I have discovered that the app is supposed to display a special view when offline, but this is not working.
