Pre populate the personalised message field #99

At the moment, a user has the option to send a personalised message OR the default one. They don't have any visibility on the default one so can we add the default one into the box so they can edit direct from there.

Pre-populate the edit field with the default text.

@RobynMcG Can you give me copy text for the default message please? It isn't in the client source so I think it is server-generated. Pls reassign to me when done.

Hi @richardbuckle can we move this to the next version. I'm not sold on the copy for these so want to do a bit of testing without delaying us going into review? Thanks
