Adds Whole Tale description and journal audit use case #64

Fixes #43

This PR adds a short description of the Whole Tale project's use of Rocker images. I've suggested a section on publication reproducibility audits since this is a motivating use case for WT and I think a great use of Rocker. Any feedback welcome (and thanks for the opportunity to contribute).

(Also not sure if I should be adding the tex file here, which includes changes that aren't mine).

I ended up with 3 sentences related to lessons learned. I think merging the "Publication Reproducibility Audits" and compendia sections make sense. I know "research compendia" has a specific meaning now in the R community and didn't want to detract from that section.
