Add license to figure and tweak borders #90

This is just a very minor cosmetic change to the summary figure to make the border slimmer and more uniform. There's no need to recompile the pdf for now as it will typically only be noticeable when viewed separately.

I'll leave this open, if you don't mind, until we want to publish a new preprint version or start working on a revision.

Would you be so kind and add the license/source footer to the other figure, too?

bdevans commented 4 years ago

Should we tag the latest commit before submission with preprint_v5 or initial_submission and then we can carry on committing any new 5.0.x type fixes for typos, minor corrections etc. knowing we can easily compare the changes? It was mainly for the benefit of sharing on social media anyway, as Twitter's rounded corners clashed slightly with the existing white border but leave it open it if you prefer.

I'll add the notice to the other figure too and rename this PR to something more general.

I've just added the missing preprint version tag, let's continue to develop the content in the master branch.
