Slow scrolling #1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Jelly Bean ROM
2. Make a new list with a few items in it
3. Scroll back to the list menu a few times. You should notice the animation is 
slow 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Smother scrolling. It't not general system slow down afaik

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

JB  TABJB MKalter 7.1 & Devil Kernel 3.0.36-00277

Might be fixed in 0.9.3. It seems that hardware acceleration was switch off for 
compatibility reasons when an earlier version of the sdk was used.
