Any solution found? Or we have to play at 240p

This is still an ongoing issue. I would like an update if this could get resolved, or if this has something to do with the original resolution that is hard-coded in the game.

It's been months, at this point, is useless to keep hoping for a fix.

The maker posts updates constantly on the metal gear network discord. This isn't something as simple as changing a single number to make things magically work.

and no one is saying is simple, just useless (thanks to konami and dev ports problem, not the creator/creators of this fix).
