Can there please be a way to remove those black bars on the top and bottom of screen? #26

Whenever I use the US version of the game there's these black bars on the top and bottom of the screen and no matter how much I fiddle with the settings for both MGSM2Fix and the base master collection settings I can't get them to go away without playing the PAL versions.

Nevermind this issue is covered by a different post and my post is redundant.
