Feature Request: Support Japanese Language in Menus #24

This should be feasible but may require unicode formatting, I believe. Can this be supported in the future, at least for menus/interface items ? I can provide the Japanese equivalent for each text line.

This should be possible, but will depend on: refactoring Pandafe to use gettext for all strings. It also might require rewriting fair chunks of code due to various unconscious assumptions about text size, spacing, etc. Having written a fair number of multi-lingual/locale websites, I know that its usually more complicated than just pulling in different translated strings.

Realistically, this would probably be some ways down the road compared to other requests.

Yeah, that is what I was expecting. It's not a small change. Just curious if you were interested to consider it longer term :)
