Issues resolved:

[x] DOTS conversion
[x] Tiny Removal
[x] Build integration closes #26

Fixed some problem I found while testing in my commit:

Foster meta files (due to empty folder). Git does not push empty folder, so need to include blank file.
Added dev folder

BTW, what do you mean by switch to DOTs? The Tiny project created was already a DOTs project tho?

Unity Tiny is not supported by the Unity cloud build. Reason being is that the Unity tiny scene can't be added to the build settings, which the cloud build relies on. It feels like unity Tiny still has a long way to go as they don't even trust it being added to the build pipeline
