Some quality of life changes #1

Clicking on buttons no longer drags camera. Scrolling in menus no longer zooms map. Drag now works correctly when zoomed. Stopped editor from locking on generating map.

Don't merge this yet, there are some issues with camera controls:

Currently the final map id displayed by teleporting the camera to the map. This worked fine before, but now that I changed the camera controls if you drag the camera during the teleport you flicker back instantly.
