Uploaded files require refresh to appear in queue file list #13

Thank you for the wonderful plug-in! Just a heads up: when I upload a file into Octoprint, it does not immediately appear in the file list on the Continuous Print Queue UI. Refreshing the Octoprint UI (via browser refresh) causes it to appear.

Thanks for the report. Just updated a new version 1.0.3 which will fix this.
